Civility

Hey guys! I wanted to let y'all know about the latest on the guild. I think we can pretty much say that the group that stayed active is who the guild is now. With that in mind . . .

Every current active member has been promoted to the Rank of Officer. We're a small enough group right now and I know we all want only good stuff for the future of Civilty. I know y'all will make choices that reflect that.

Every Officer has the ability to invite new guild members. It isn't required. You may not want to have anything to do with recruiting at all, and that's okay. Then again, you might meet up with someone that you think fits our group perfectly and they are looking for a new home. It's completely up to you.

I want to put out there that while I promoted peeps to the officer rank, I am not of the mind that this is THE leadership team and you have to be a part of that. I think that can come a bit later. I realize that not everyone wants to be that in game. I'm not going to force that on anyone. But for now, we need some more peeps and this seemed like a good way to make that happen. You all stayed for a reason. What better representatives could there be?

I have not been on much recently with getting ready for vacation next week and trying to get in some overtime beforehand. I'll check the web page when I can, but can not commit to being in game until we get back home. I should be back around July 4th. I hope everyone has a safe holiday and lots of fun!
